A positive work environment is an essential function for a company to run smoothly. A positive work environment was listed on 78% of candidates looking for a new position per a study from Yale University in 2019. One way to create this positive environment is to have a team building exercise that employees participate in. This exercise could be a wide range of activities. We at CPRI recommend having a friendly office March Madness pool for all to participate in. If a March Madness pool is not the way you would like to go then another possibility would be designating an employee to organize an activity outside of the workplace for employees to participate in as well.
